JOIN OUR CREW

We’re looking for part-time Inclusion Specialists to join our team.

You: Are reliable, have an interest in supporting adults with disabilities, enjoy riding public transportation and playing Uno. Can communicate effectively with both participants and colleagues, especially around safety and supports.

We: Offer training and a collaborative environment, so you’re never in the field by yourself. Work together participant care and activity planning. Liaison with families and case managers on your behalf.

Open Shifts: 1 - 3 days/week
Day times currently, but weekends and evenings may be available by May.

Pay: Starts At: $20 - $23, depending on education and experience. Paid federal holidays, sick leave, PTO and paid winter vacation. Health and Dental available based on hours worked.
